The author of this website is Mr. Elmer Ramo Pizarras. A Technology and Livelihood Education teacher of Valencia High School, Valencia, Bohol. His been in this institution since September of 1996 until present, handling Computer Education I & II (3rd yr. & 4th yr.). He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Major in Electrical Technology at the, then, Bohol School of Arts and Trades (BSAT), now, Central Visayas State College of Agriculture, Fishery, & Technology (CVSCAFT-TCC) Tagbilaran City Campus. He pursue his studies at the University of Bohol and finished a qualifying course for Bachelor in Secondary Education. He also completed the academic requirements in Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Administration in the same university. As an educator, it is his passion to bestow wisdom to all those who need it with the help of the best technology has to offer or al least what is available.
